Rt is a free computer program for reliability and optimization analysis. It is object-oriented and fully parameterized, with individual objects for random variables, design variables, and model responses. Particular emphasis in placed on analyses with multiple probabilistic models. The library of available models are documented below and in the accompanying Mt notes. Several techniques for implementing user-defined models are also available, including a powerful script feature. External software, like OpenSees, can also be utilized as models in Rt. It is also noted that the structural analysis program St that is available on this web site can be employed as a probabilistic structural model in Rt. Examples are available in Et and background documentation, including details about the probability distributions, are available in the Kt-notes. Rt was developed by PhD Candidate Mojtaba Mahsuli.
